I write today to thank you for your many years of outstanding project management of LASMO’s North American sites and to recognize one of the keys to your success. Since Integrated became LASMO’s primary environmental consultant in 1995, your team has consistently demonstrated the highest quality performance, an unwavering dedication to the bottom line, and a clear vision of what needs to be done to succeed. They have significantly reduced LASMO’s liability exposure while maintaining full environmental compliance.

While Integrated has been instrumental in LASMO’s success, your environmental data management system (EDMS) software application has been instrumental in Integrated’s successful management of LASMO projects. I know from personal experience how important EDMS can be to manage large, complex projects. Through the use of this valuable tool, LASMO has been able to realize a positive cash flow at multiple sites in North America.

EDMS has been useful not only for project record keeping, but also in the permitting process and in long-term, ongoing project tasks, including redevelopment and beyond. LASMO will continue to benefit from its investment in the web-based version of EDMS as a means to share critical project and site information with geographically-dispersed parties.

EDMS has proven to be such an effective management and communication tool for LASMO sites that I believe that these outstanding results should be shared with a wide audience, so similar success may be realized by other property owners and project managers.

With the understanding that only public access/public record information is included in the EDMS, and no documents subject to attorney-client privilege will be accessible, I authorize Integrated Environmental Services, Inc. to use LASMO project sites to publicly demonstrate the features and capabilities of EDMS and WebEDMS.
