GIS Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Integrated is in search of a mid-level staff GIS analyst with strong GIS/CAD and relational database skills (MS Access/SQL Server) to provide GIS/CAD support and assist in the development and implementation of cutting-edge web-based GIS, data management, and data visualization applications.

ESSENTIAL SKILL SET:

  • Development and maintenance of topologies; data creation/editing/conversion
  • Map production including thematic mapping; CAD figure creation and editing
  • Spatial Analysis/mapping/modeling/reporting
  • Image rectification/geo-referencing and image manipulation
  • Design, develop, debug, deploy and troubleshoot web-based applications using ArcIMS
  • Research, evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Earth Science, Geography or equivalent
  • Knowledge of environmental arena is a plus  
  • Ability to work legally in the USA (No H1B or sponsorships)

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • More than 5 years of GIS experience with GIS project work using ESRI’s ArcGIS 9.x in a professional work environment for analysis, mapping and data creation/editing/conversion
  • Experience with ESRI’s ArcGIS Map/ArcInfo, AutoCAD, and ArcIMS9.x
  • Experience with Spatial Analyst, 3D Analyst, ArcView 3.x
  • Knowledge of HTML, Javascript and other web based development languages
  • Project experience with GPS and GPS accuracy standards
  • Experience with CAD Overlay or Raster Design is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Access/MS SQL Server, including development of complex queries, reports and forms is a plus

 

Work Assignment Locations:

We are seeking candidates for work assignment in Lake Forest, California.

This position is full time based on project duration, and will be reevaluated at the conclusion of the project. Salary commensurate with experience and a competitive benefits package is offered.
